Bindi is a visionary leader with more than 25 years’ experience across a range of sectors and markets, including health, property, professional services, and telecommunications in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Holding both CEO and Board roles, she has extensive commercial leadership and governance expertise, specialising in developing organisational diversification and growth strategies, leveraging technology and innovation, and leading transformational change.
Bindi is currently the Group Chief Executive of ProCare, a leading healthcare provider. She is passionate about health and wellbeing, and relishes the opportunity to utilise her strategic and leadership strengths to improve equitable health outcomes for all New Zealanders. Bindi is also currently a Director for CareHQ and Chair of the Fresh Minds Board. Prior to this she has held various governance roles have included the EMA, Deputy Chair of the Auckland branch of the Institute of Directors, Marketing Association, Whakarongorau Aotearoa, and The Warehouse Group.
